Change in shareholder base – providing strength for the future from within

Topakustik AG is extremely pleased to announce a significant milestone in its company history.

As part of a change in the shareholder base, Markus Hochstrasser (CEO), Andreas Hofmann (CFO) and Sascha Abplanalp (CEO of neue Holzbau AG) will become partners of Topakustik AG.

Guido Achermann and Theodor Jaggi, two experienced figures from the existing shareholder base, have decided to continue their commitment. This shows how much they identify with the company and lends stability to the new structure.

Bruno Krummenacher is resigning as President of the Board of Directors, Beat Britschgi and Franz Röthlin will step down from the Board of Directors and as shareholders, and Christoph Keller will leave the shareholder base. The new Board of Directors will be made up of Guido Achermann, Markus Hochstrasser and Theodor Jaggi. In the near future, they will be joined by other external figures with specialist knowledge.

The Board of Directors and the management team would like to thank them sincerely for their valuable work, their trust and their formative support over many years.

We are delighted that the existing management team will remain in their established roles. This continuity represents reliability and a strong shared understanding of the company’s values, which are the optimum requirements for remaining committed to and clear about the path we have embarked on.

At the same time, the new ownership structure creates space for powerful further development, as production expertise in Lungern will be expanded and strengthened in a targeted manner. By doing this, Topakustik is sending a clear signal of sustainable growth, innovative strength and the long-term safeguarding of the site.

Topakustik AG is very optimistic about the future. The company will continue its success story in a stronger position thanks to the support of a strong team, established partnerships and a clear vision.

This development will not result in any direct operational changes for customers, partners and employees. Instead, Topakustik AG will remain a reliable partner that is committed, quality-conscious and future-oriented.
