Allander Leisure Centre, GB

Allander, a state of the art Leisure Centre creating synergies between sport, culture, learning disabilities and metal health forming a community hub in Bearsden, Glasgow Scotland. The angled ceiling to the light wells is finished with Classic 13/3 M top acoustic panels in oak veneered. Panels have been supplied in ready-to-install dimensions. This required more than two hundred different dimensional positions and about a hundred diagonal cuts. The Topakustik EPM system was used for the installation. EPM are angled metal profiles which are screwed into the Topakustik grid hole on the back. Afterwards, the entire panel can simply be hooked on to a rebate strip mounted on the wall side.
