Winter Garden Emma’s Hotel B&B, Lungern CH
In its heyday as a tourist destination, Lungern had four different hotels. Today, there is only one hotel left in the village of Lungern: Emma's Hotel Bed & Breakfast.
The building was originally a luxury hotel when it opened in 1896 and was later used as a recreation and education centre.
Now, following extensive renovation, it has been given a new lease of life.
Several historical design elements have been incorporated into the new look.
In the newly designed winter garden, for example, the star pattern of the ceramic floor tiles is reflected on the sound-absorbing Topakustik ceiling.
The stars are simply created by a narrower spacing of the Micro-Perforation.
The Topakustik Micro Graphic product can reproduce almost any desired design in this regard.
In addition, the choice of "Micro-Flex-Planks" allowed the slat width to be adapted to the star pattern (the width of the "Micro-Flex-Planks" can be freely selected from 128-300 mm).
The installation was simple using staple guns and- or screw clips.
